Meet Terence Dover

Hotbed founder Terence Dover has a proven track record when it come to talent development. He was part of the discovery and development team of Avril Lavigne (Showcase, Co- Wrote and Produced songs) and Vanessa Carlton, (Showcase, Recording) as well Director Of Talent Development for Esquire/BMG Records. In his diverse career Dover has worked as a Recording Engineer, A& R executive, Road Manager and Recording Artist.

His recording credits appear on 40,000,000 records sold world wide including Grammy winning Celine Dion recordings and Grammy Nominated, Grover Washington Jr. and many more.

In May of 2008 hotbed signed NZ act Midnight Youth to a production/development deal, later signing them over to Warner Bros.

 Terence Produced 7 songs on the Warner release “ The Brave Don’t Run” including the NZ #1 hit “All On Our Own” which remained on the charts for 16 weeks. Midnight youth has been nominated for 8 NZ music Awards incuding :
